Renting our uniquely curated vintage collections is simple! Because we specialize in artfully mismatched styles and flexible logistics, we follow a straightforward four-step process:

• 1. Explore & Inquire: Browse our online inventory collection. Send us an inquiry via our contact form with your event date, approximate guest count, and the specific vibes you are eyeing.

• 2. Get Your Custom Quote: We will review your wishlist to ensure item availability. At this stage, let us know if you prefer to save on costs with Will-Call Pickup, or if you would like to request Doorstep Delivery (subject to our current calendar availability). We will send over a tailored quote.

• 3. Secure Your Date: To officially lock in your items and take them off the market for your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit.

• 4. Enjoy & Return (We Wash!): You or your event coordinator will handle unpacking and styling the tables exactly how you want them. After the magic happens, simply ensure the tableware is scraped free of food and lightly rinsed, then pack them back into our provided crates. Return them via pickup or scheduled retrieval, and leave all the delicate hand-washing and silver polishing to us!

Yes and no—it depends on the item! Because we manage a live, evolving collection of authentic vintage, here is how choosing your pieces works:

• For our Vintage China: Because our china is beautifully, artfully mismatched, you cannot choose the exact, individual plate designs. Instead, you get to choose your preferred color palette or design theme (e.g., 'Blushing Pinks & Florals,' 'Classic Blues & Whites,' or 'Eclectic Garden Party'). We will then hand-curate a gorgeous, cohesive mismatched collection specifically for your tables!

• For All Other Products (Teapots, Trays, Glassware, etc.): You absolutely can view and pick exact pieces! We use our live Etsy store as our active rental catalog. Simply head over to our Etsy shop to see the precise items we have in stock. If an item is listed and available there, it is available to rent for your event!

When you reach out to inquire, just let us know your chosen china theme and a list of the exact Etsy items you would love to reserve for your date.

We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event seasons, as many of our most-loved pieces book quickly.

Because we operate on a flexible, client-led model, receiving and returning your vintage tableware is simple and straightforward. Pick up of the glassware is normally done a day before the event, and returns the day after the event.

1. Receiving Your Rentals

• Will-Call Pickup (Recommended): You or a designated coordinator/friend will pick up your items directly from us at a mutually agreed-upon time before your event. Everything will be safely packed in heavy-duty, padded transport crates.

• Scheduled Delivery: If requested and available on our calendar, we can provide doorstep/loading-dock delivery directly to your venue for an additional fee. Please note: Our team drops off the crates; your team or coordinator handles the unpacking and table styling.

2. Returning Your Rentals

• The "No Heavy Washing" Rule: You do not need to wash the dishes or polish the silver! We handle all the delicate hand-washing, sanitizing, and silver polishing to protect our vintage pieces.

• What We Require From You: Before packing things away, items must be wiped or lightly rinsed completely free of food debris and liquid. Please do not leave wet food or acidic residue on the plates or silver overnight, as this can permanently damage the vintage glazes and plating.

• Pack & Return: Place the rinsed items gently back into their original padded crates exactly how you received them. Return the crates to us (or have them ready at the venue for scheduled retrieval) by your contract’s return deadline.

No, you do not need to wash the dishes! We handle all the delicate, specialized hand-washing, sanitizing, and silver polishing to ensure our vintage pieces are preserved and protected.

However, we do require a small amount of prep work before you pack them up to prevent permanent damage to the vintage glazes and silver plating.

🧽 What We Ask of You:

• Scrape and Lightly Rinse: Please ensure all tableware is completely scraped free of food debris and lightly rinsed before going into the crates.

• No Leftover Scraps: Do not leave wet food, liquids, or highly acidic residues (like lemon slices, tomato sauce, or vinegarettes) sitting on the dishes or silver overnight. These can permanently stain the vintage patterns and eat away at the silver plating.

• Pack Safely: Once lightly rinsed, gently place the items back into their original transport crates exactly how they were delivered to you.

We take care of the heavy scrubbing, sanitizing, and elbow grease from there! Please do not run through the dishwasher!

If a piece breaks or chips, you do not need to worry about finding the replacement yourself-we will handle the sourcing and charge a flat replacement fee to your card on file.

Because authentic vintage pieces are rare and difficult to match, we calculate our replacement costs based on current market pricing through specialized archives like Replacements, Ltd., plus the time and shipping required to source that exact or stylistically matching item.

📋 Our Damage & Breakage Policy

• Report the Damage: If an accident happens during your event, simply set the broken pieces aside safely and let us know when you return your crates. Please do not discard the broken pieces, as we need to log them for inventory tracking.

• Automatic Replacement Charge: The replacement fee will be automatically deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file within 7 business days of your event return.

• Estimated Replacement Values: Figures provided are approximate. Final costs will vary based on current market availability and specific pattern valuations sourced from Replacements, Ltd. and secondary market resellers.
