Delivery & Setup Policy
We offer three convenient options for receiving your rentals. Choose the level of service that best fits your event needs:
1. Customer Pickup — Complimentary
Pick up your order from our Stratford studio at no additional cost.
Pickup is available by appointment.
Please ensure you have adequate space and padding for safe transport.
All items must be returned during your scheduled drop‑off window.
2. Delivery (No Setup) — Additional Fee
Our team delivers your curated rentals directly to your venue or location.
This service includes drop‑off and post‑event pickup.
Items will be left in a designated area; setup is not included.
Ideal for planners or venues handling their own styling.
3. Delivery + Setup — Additional Fee
Full‑service delivery, on‑site styling, and post‑event pickup.
We deliver your rentals, style them according to your event layout, and return after your event for pickup.
Perfect for weddings, styled shoots, and events requiring hands‑on installation.
Setup includes placement of tableware, glassware, and décor items as requested.

Delivery (Drop‑Off + Post‑Event Pickup)
$145–$225 within Fairfield County Our team delivers your rentals to your venue and returns after your event for pickup. Items will be placed in a designated area; setup is not included.
Delivery Pricing by Zone:
Zone 1 — Stratford, Lordship, Milford, Bridgeport: $145
Zone 2 — Fairfield, Trumbull, Shelton, Monroe: $$195
Zone 3 — Westport, Norwalk, Darien, Stamford: $225
Zone 4 — Greenwich, New Haven, Hartford: $225+
Westchester County:
Standard Delivery: $300 +
New York City:
Standard Delivery: $495 - $650 depending on borough and venue access
Delivery + Setup (Includes Post‑Event Pickup)
$275–$395 within Fairfield County Full‑service delivery, on‑site styling, and post‑event pickup. We place all tableware, glassware, and décor according to your event layout.

Zone 2 — Fairfield, Trumbull, Shelton, Monroe: $345
Zone 3 — Westport, Norwalk, Darien, Stamford: $395
Zone 4 — Greenwich, New Haven, Hartford: $395+
Westchester County - $500+
Zone 6 - New York City - $650 - $850 depending on borough and venue access
Optional Add‑Ons
After‑Hours Pickup (after 10 PM): $150
Stair Carry / Difficult Access: $75
On‑Site Changes / Re‑Styling: $50/hr
Return Condition Requirements: All rental items must be returned in the following condition:
Rinsed — Please remove all food particles, residue, and liquids from plates, bowls, serving pieces, and glassware.
No Dishwasher Use — All vintage items must be hand‑washed only. Do not place any items in a dishwasher, as this can cause damage.
No Soaking — Please do not soak items for extended periods; this can weaken vintage finishes.
Packed Safely — Items must be repacked in the same crates, bins, or boxes they arrived in.
Dry Before Packing — Please ensure items are dry before placing them back into crates to prevent moisture damage.
Items will be inspected upon return for chips, cracks, or damage.
